MVHR in Croydon
Croydon town centre has seen a wave of new residential towers and conversions, many with in-flat MVHR units. Outer Croydon's houses are increasingly retrofitted as part of insulation and airtightness upgrades.
Wherever your property is in Croydon, the maintenance picture is the same: filters need replacing every 6–12 months, and the system should be professionally serviced once a year to keep airflow at its design rate and protect the heat exchanger and fans.
