MVHR in Southwark
Elephant & Castle, Bermondsey and Canada Water have large numbers of modern apartments with MVHR. Many of these systems are in ceiling voids or cupboards where careful access planning is needed for servicing.
Wherever your property is in Southwark, the maintenance picture is the same: filters need replacing every 6–12 months, and the system should be professionally serviced once a year to keep airflow at its design rate and protect the heat exchanger and fans.
